Missouri S&T Athletics

Ryan completed his career as the all-time leading rusher in school history with 3,432 yards and earned All-America honors during a standout career.  He had two 1,000-yard seasons, including a school record 1,314 in 1977 and also finished as the leading scorer in Miner history who was not a placekicker.  He was a three-time All-MIAA selection on the first team and won second-team All-America honors after the 1978 campaign.  He was also named to the MSM/UMR Centennial Football Team in 1993 for a career that saw him set 11 school records.
