A two-sport standout in the Lady Miner program, Kelble earned All-America honors in track & field and also landed All-MIAA honors as a member of the women's basketball program. She set the school record in the javelin throw of 150 feet, four inches to earn a sixth place finish in the event at the 1999 NCAA Division II Championships to become the first member of the Lady Miner track & field program to earn All-America honors. With the basketball team, she earned second-team All-MIAA honors following the 2000-01 season after posting a team-best 15 points per game – sixth-best in the MIAA – and averaged in double figures over each of the last two seasons to finish her career with 1,098 points and as one of the top free throw shooters in school history at 77 percent with 302 made free throws. Kelble was also an outstanding student who earned Academic All-District honors as well as all-academic honors from the U.S. Track & Field Coaches Association.
