ROLLA, Mo. – Missouri S&T men's and women's track and field will close out the regular season for indoor this Friday, Feb. 20, as the Miners travel to Jacksonville, Illinois, to compete in the Illinois College Hilltop Classic inside King Fieldhouse at the Bruner Center.
The meet is scheduled to begin at 5:00 p.m. with field events, following the national anthem at 4:50 p.m., while running events will start at 5:30 p.m. with the distance medley relay.
The Hilltop Classic will serve as the final opportunity for the Miners to sharpen performances and chase qualifying marks before the upcoming GLVC Indoor Track & Field Championships.
The facility features a six-lane, 200-meter track with a 55-meter straightaway and additional 60-meter finish line, providing a fast indoor setting for both track and field events. Women will run first in all running events unless otherwise noted.
Missouri S&T enters the weekend carrying momentum from recent record-setting performances, including continued success from its 4,000-meter distance medley relay squad and strong showings in the throws and hurdles. With national provisional marks already secured in multiple events, the Miners will use Friday's competition to fine-tune race strategies, solidify relay combinations, and build consistency heading into the conference championship stretch.
Live stream coverage will be available throughout the meet, allowing Miner fans to follow along as S&T competes in its final regular-season indoor meet of 2026.
What's Next
Following the Hilltop Classic, Missouri S&T will turn its attention to the GLVC Indoor Track & Field Championships as the postseason portion of the schedule begins.
