BOLIVAR, MO  —  Missouri S&T's cross country teams will be competing at the Bearcat Invitational this Friday, returning to Bolivar for the annual meet for the 9th season in a row.

The Miners men have had success at the meet in recent years, with the team taking 2nd last year behind a 1st-place performance by Henry Born (Lake Quivira, KS/Shawnee Mission Northwest). The women finished 9th last year, but welcome a large class of newcomers who will look to help team improve in their first meet of the season.

The meet is set to begin at 9am on Friday, with competition taking place at the Bolivar Golf Course.
