ROLLA, Mo. – Missouri S&T Cross Country is set to begin the 2024 campaign at the Bearcat Invitational on Friday.
Last season at Southwest Baptist, Missouri S&T placed sixth on Sept. 1, 2023.
Henry Born (Lake Quivira, KS/Shawnee Mission Northwest) stood out for the men after he finished eighth in the 6.25 kilometer course. On the women's side,
Grace Giesler (Owasso, OK/Owasso) highlights as a returner for the Miners. She finished 40th in the 5k event last season.
The Miners welcomed new head coach Cameron Knudsen earlier this summer as he enters his first season with S&T. They were picked fourth in the GLVC Preseason Poll. More information on the rest of the picks can be found

Following the Bearcat Invitational, the Miners will travel north to the Larry Young Invitational in Columbia, Mo.,
on Sept. 20. They close out the month
on Sept. 27 at the Chile Pepper Festival.
