SPRINGFIELD, Mo.  --  Missouri S&T's Cross Country teams are set for their first meet of the 2026 season, traveling west to Springfield, Missouri to compete in the Queen City After Dark night run.

The women will begin the night with a 5,000-meter run starting at 9:15 p.m. followed by the men's 6K at 9:45 p.m.

S&T is one of three Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) teams at the event, being joined by Drury and Rockhurst. The women enter Queen City After Dark after ranking ninth in the GLVC preseason poll while the men were voted second by their peers.
