COLUMBIA, MO  --  The Miners swim team is headed to their final away meet of the fall semester, going to compete at the Mizzou Invite.

Connor Bichsel (Lee's Summit, MO/Lee's Summit West), Adam Wiedemeier (West Monroe, LA/West Monroe), and Jordan Christensen (Coralville, IA/Iowa West) are pacing the Miners in points this season, with Bichsel bringing in eight golds and the only national cut time with a B-cut time in the 200-breast. Wiedemeier has picked up two golds and three silvers, while Christensen has two golds and a silver. Christensen and Nicholas Malherbe (Stellenbosch, South Africa/Stellenbosch) were the only two members of the team to record personal bests at the Drury Invite last week, with Christensen's coming in the 50 free and Malherbe's coming in the 200 breast.
