ROLLA, Mo. – Missouri S&T will have competitors taking part in two NCAA Division II championship events during the upcoming week, with nine student-athletes representing the swimming team and two from the men's track & field squad taking part in the national competition.

The Miner swimmers will be in Indianapolis at the Division II Swimming & Diving Championships that will begin on Tuesday evening with the 800-yard freestyle relay.  Meanwhile, the two Miner track & field competitors – Jacob Luebbert (Warsaw, MO/Warsaw) and Nathan Swadley (Willard, MO/Willard) – will head to Virginia Beach, Va., to compete at the Division II Indoor Track & Field Championships, with Swadley seeking to earn All-America honors for the second year in succession.
