ROLLA, Mo. – Missouri S&T will have competitors taking part in the NCAA Division II Championships this week in swimming and men's track & field with 11 S&T student-athletes taking part in those meets.

Ten of the 11 competitors are from the swimming team that will take part in the national meet in Greensboro, N.C., starting on Wednesday.  The preliminaries begin at 9 a.m. Central time on each of the four days of competition and the finals will begin at 5 p.m. Central time.

The lone men's track & field competitor from S&T at the NCAA Division II Indoor Track & Field Championships in Pittsburg, Kan., is Nathan Swadley (Willard, MO/Willard), who will take part in the shot put at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday.  Swadley will be in the first of two flights of throwers – there are a total of 16 competitors overall – in that event.
