ROLLA, Mo. — Missouri S&T Athletics has welcomed Jazmine Servance to its administrative team as the department's new Assistant Athletic Director for NCAA Compliance.

Servance joins the Miners after gaining NCAA Division II compliance and athletic operations experience at Missouri Western State University. During her time at Missouri Western, she served as a compliance intern, where she interpreted and applied NCAA Division II legislation and institutional policies, evaluated prospective student-athlete academic records and eligibility requirements, monitored recruiting activities, and managed compliance documentation and CARA participation records.

In her new role at Missouri S&T, Servance will oversee the department's NCAA compliance efforts while serving as a resource for coaches, staff and student-athletes on NCAA and institutional rules and regulations.

"We are extremely excited to have Jazmine as a part of our team," said Director of Athletics Mark Mullin. "Her experience, personality, communication skills and commitment to creating a positive student-athlete experience will make an immediate impact on our program. I am confident Jazmine will make many outstanding contributions to our program, and I am pleased she will be an important part of our administrative leadership."

Servance brings additional experience in NCAA Division II athletics through her work in Missouri Western's facilities and operations department. She supported game-day operations for 12 varsity sports and assisted with facility scheduling, event logistics, staffing, venue preparation and event execution.

A former Great Lakes Valley Conference student-athlete, Servance served as team captain of Missouri Western's women's lacrosse team from 2024-25 and was a member of the program's leadership council. She was also named 2024-25 Comeback Student-Athlete of the Year by Missouri Western's athletic department. Servance was also an NCAA Division II athletic scholarship recipient, earned GLVC Second Team All-Conference honors and was named to the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association Academic Honor Roll and the Brother James Gaffney Distinguished Scholar Award.

Servance earned a bachelor's degree in sports management from Missouri Western State in 2024 before completing her Master of Science in Sports Management in 2025.

"The GLVC has been a big part of my journey as a student-athlete," said Servance. "So continuing my career in the conference feels like coming home. Compliance is all about protecting the student-athlete experience and giving our programs every chance to be successful, and I am excited to be a part of that from this side of the desk. Go Miners!"
