GREENWOOD, Ind. -- College Sports Communicators (CSC) has announced its 2025-26 Men's At-Large Academic All-America Team, with Missouri S&T leading all NCAA Division II institutions with five selections.
Missouri S&T's men's volleyball program accounted for four of the five honorees, led by Tyler Johnwick (Lombard, IL/Glenbard East), who earned First Team recognition. Grant Edmonds (Huntington Beach, CA/Edison) and Rizq Adam Rohizam (Selangor, Malaysia/Robert Louis Stevenson) were named to the Second Team, while Bartosz Chmielewski (Aurora, IL/Metea Valley) and Caleb Rohlwing (Barrington, Ill./Barrington) received Third Team honors. They represent one of six Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) schools to earn an At-Large CSC Academic All-America honoree, being joined by Rockhurst (3 honorees), Lewis (2), Maryville (2), Indianapolis (1), and Missouri-St. Louis (1).
Johnwick was Missouri S&T's lone First Team selection after an outstanding junior campaign. The middle blocker earned First Team All-GLVC honors while leading the conference with a .500 hitting percentage. Defensively, he ranked seventh in the GLVC with 0.76 blocks per set and was named GLVC Player of the Week once during the season. He played a key role in helping the Miners capture the inaugural GLVC Men's Volleyball Tournament championship. A mechanical engineering major, Johnwick carries a 3.94 cumulative GPA.
Edmonds earned Second Team Academic All-America recognition following a record-setting junior season. The First Team All-GLVC setter collected seven GLVC Setter of the Week awards and finished third among all NCAA Division I and II players with 10.66 assists per set. He also helped guide Missouri S&T to the inaugural GLVC Men's Volleyball Tournament title. Edmonds owns a 3.75 GPA while majoring in aerospace engineering.
Representing the men's golf program, Rohizam garnered Second Team honors after one of the top seasons in program history. He was named GLVC Player of the Year and First Team All-GLVC while leading the Miners to a runner-up finish at the conference championship and a tie for ninth at the NCAA Regional. Rohizam also earned PING All-Region honors and was selected GLVC Player of the Week three times. A business major, he maintains a 3.80 GPA.
Chmielewski received Third Team Academic All-America recognition after being named GLVC Libero of the Year and earning Second Team All-GLVC honors. He finished 13th nationally across NCAA Division I and II with 2.33 digs per set while serving as a cornerstone of Missouri S&T's conference championship squad. The aerospace engineering major holds a 3.69 GPA.
Rohlwing rounded out Missouri S&T's Academic All-America honorees with a Third Team selection. The senior middle blocker ranked second in the GLVC with 0.97 blocks per set, totaling 87 on the year, and earned GLVC All-Tournament Team honors after posting 14 kills, eight blocks, and a .541 hitting percentage during the conference tournament. A chemical engineering major, Rohlwing carries a 3.63 GPA.
