NORMAN, Okla. -- Golf Coaches Association of America has named
Rizq Adam Rohizam (Selangor, Malaysia/Robert Louis Stevenson) a 2026 PING All-Region selection, recognizing the standout season turned in by the Missouri S&T men's golfer. With Rohizam's selection, the Miners have now produced a PING All-Region honoree in six of the last seven seasons.
Rohizam capped the 2025-26 campaign ranked No. 66 nationally and sixth in the highly competitive Midwest Region. Across 12 events, he recorded four top-three finishes and captured two individual tournament victories. At the NCAA Midwest Regional, Rohizam finished tied for 21st at 3-over-par, improving 25 positions from his regional finish a season ago.
The sophomore delivered one of the strongest stretches of golf in the region during the spring season, earning medalist honors in consecutive tournaments. Rohizam claimed individual titles at the Findlay Spring Invitational and the Belterra Classic, becoming one of the few golfers in the region to secure multiple victories during the year.
Missouri S&T was one of 59 programs represented on the PING All-Region release and one of three Great Lakes Valley Conference schools to feature an All-Region honoree. University of Missouri–St. Louis led the conference with three selections -- Trigg Lindahl, Logan Mayo, and Dani Solavera -- while Drury University was represented by Gaige Lewis.
