BIG RAPIDS, Mich. — Missouri S&T Golf showed significant improvement on day two of the NCAA Midwest/Central Super Regional, moving up to ninth place after shooting +3. The recorded the sixth-best round out of all teams in the tournament and now sit just seven strokes outside of the top four.
Cole Komyati (Elberta, AL/Bayside Academy) led the Miners in round two, shooting three-under to tie for the fourth-best individual score of round two. He is now tied for eight at -2 for the tournament.
Andy Su (Poole, England/Poole), Isaac To (Petaling Jaya, Malaysia/Real International School), and Li Kasule (Stockholm, Sweden/Upplands-Brogymnasiet) rounded out the Miners top four from day two. Su shot a +1, To recorded a +2, and Kasule scored a +3.
What's Next
The Miners play in the third and final round of the Super Regional tomorrow, with Chayton Jordan (Rolla, MO/Rolla) starting things off for S&T at 9 a.m.
