INDIANAPOLIS, IN -- Missouri S&T Men's Volleyball earned two more Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) Player of the Week awards after Thursday's 3-0 sweep of Edward Waters.
Grant Edmonds (Huntington Beach, CA/Edison) was named Setter of the Week, his fourth honor of the season, while
Tyler Johnwick's (Lombard, IL/Glenbard East) .800 hitting percentage earned him his first Offensive Player of the Week award.
Edmonds averaged 11 assists per set in the victory over Edward Waters, his third-highest average in a single game this year. His 33 total assists are the most by a Miner in a three-set match since the start of the 2024 season. Edmonds also added an ace and three digs.
Johnwick recorded 8 kills on 10 attempts with no errors against the Tigers, ending the match with a .800 hitting percentage. He averaged 2.67 kills per set, adding two service aces, a trio of blocks, and a dig as well.
