ROLLA, Mo. – Drew Baugus (Kirkwood, MO/Kirkwood) has been named to the ABCA/Rawlings Midwest All-Region Second Team for his record-breaking 2025 season.

Drew Baugus (Kirkwood, MO/Kirkwood), a sophomore, is one of eight Midwest region outfielders to be recognized. This season, Baugus led the team with his .393 batting average in 51 games played. He totaled 57 hits, 10 doubles, two home runs, 27 RBI and 44 runs scored. On the base paths, Baugus set a new single season record with 38 steals in 42 attempts (90.4%). In the field, Baugus had a .978 fielding percentage.

His highlight performance came in the GLVC Championship game against Illinois Springfield, where he went 4-for-5 with a stolen base, two doubles, four RBI and two runs scored. In the entire GLVC Tournament, Baugus hit for .391 with nine total runs scored. 

It is S&T's first player named to an ABCA/Rawlings All-Midwest team since Cole Hampton was named to the first team in 2023.
