ROLLA, MO  --  Missouri S&T hosts their last match of the 2025 season tomorrow, welcoming the #11 McKendree Bearcats to Gibson Arena for a 6pm match. The Miners faced the Bearcats earlier this season at McKendree, taking the opening set 25-23 in a 3-1 loss.

About the Bearcats
McKendree recently fell from #10 to #11 in the AVCA poll after suffering losses to both #17 Ohio State and #14 Ball State. The Bearcats still maintain an impressive 15-7 record this season though, as well as five ranked wins early in the season. The team is top ten in the nation in kills, digs, and assists this season, with their digs per set ranking highest at 3rd with 10.55 per set.

Senior D'Aaron McCraney is 5th in the nation in hitting with a 0.456 percentage on 299 attempts. Sam Hoskin is the Bearcats' kills lead though, recording 245 this season for a 2.99 kills per set average.

About the Miners
S&T improved to 10-10 last week after picking up back-to-back wins against IVA opponents Rockhurst and Roosevelt. The team's 8.94 digs per set are 23rd in the nation, with Bartosz Chmielewski (Aurora, IL/Metea Valley) ranking 22nd nationally with 2.11 per set.

Tyler Johnwick (Lombard, IL/Glenbard East) is 4th in the DI/DII for hitting percentage, recording a 0.460 percentage. He has been more involved in S&T's most recent matches, averaging 15.4 attacks per match after only averaging 8.9 in the first 15 matches.

What's Next
The Miners face Rockhurst on Saturday and Maryville on next Wednesday in their final two matches of the regular season.
