ROLLA, Mo.  –  Dylan Mollett (St. Louis, MO/Oakville) garnered his second GLVC Pitcher of the Week award this season. He pitched in game 1 of Saturday's doubleheader against Rockhurst.
 
Mollett pitched a full 9 innings in the 2-1 win over the Hawks, not giving up any earned runs for an 0.00 ERA. He only allowed 3 hits in 31 at bats, throwing a no-hitter until fifth inning, with two of the hits not coming until the ninth inning. He recorded eight strikeouts in the game, tying his season-high, including three Ks in the ninth to seal the win for S&T.
 
Mollett's record now improves to 5-3 on the season as he looks to continue to add to his already historic season with games against UMSL this week. This is S&T's third Pitcher of the Week award this season, with Mollett earning the last one as well earlier this month after the Upper Iowa series.
 
The Miners will play their final series of the regular season in St. Louis against UMSL starting Thursday.
