ROLLA, MO- The Miner women's soccer team continues GLVC play this weekend when they host the Prairie Stars of Illinois Springfield on Friday night and the Flyers of Lewis University on Sunday afternoon.

Despite matching DU in nearly every statistical category for the match, Drury was able to just edge past S&T.
After goals from Kayla Day and Kaley Rottinghaus in the opening 13 minutes gave the Panthers the early 2-0 lead, the Miners would fire off seven shots, all unsuccessful of getting by DU's goalkeeper, Kaitlyn Knetzke, before the end of the opening half.
S&T would get back one goal late in the second half when
Julia Crets (St. Charles, Mo./Francis Howell North) sent a free-kick at the goal from 25 yards out to make it a 2-1 match. That would be the last shot S&T would record as Drury went to hang on for the 2-1 win.
