NORMAN, OKLA.- Earlier today, the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA) announced their Outstanding Team Academic Award winners and among those, Missouri S&T's men's team was among the All-Academic Teams.

In order to qualify for the award, team's must have a 3.0 GPA or higher during the academic year. S&T is just one of the 198 institutions across all divisions of college athletics to be named an All-Academic Team.

This season, the Miners put five student-athletes on the Geico GLVC Academic All-Conference list while landing one of the GLVC Brother James Gaffney Distinguished Scholars list.
