Box Score ROLLA, Mo. – Bryce Foster (Florissant, Mo./Hazelwood Central) recorded the first triple-double in school history Sunday afternoon and Mudiaga Eruteya (Chicago, Ill./Notre Dame) had a double-double of his own, helping pace Missouri S&T to a 95-79 victory over Webster University at Billy Key Court.

The senior duo had 22 points apiece to lead S&T in the scoring column, while Foster added 10 rebounds and 10 assists and Eruteya pulled down 11 rebounds. It was the fourth time this season that Foster had at least a double-double, while Eruteya's double-double was his first of the season and seventh in his Miner career.

The two did most of their scoring in the opening half, scoring 14 points each as the Miners used a 23-3 spurt midway through the period to turn a three-point deficit into a 17-point lead by the 5:10 mark.

It started after the Gorloks had taken a 21-18 lead on Jonathan Odjo's three-point basket with 12:02 to go in the first half, but Odjo was then whistled for a technical foul; Foster converted a pair of free throws to cut the lead to one. About a minute later, Nusrath Khan (Morton Grove, Ill./Maine East) knocked down a three-pointer to put S&T in front for good at 23-22.

During the first half run, the Miners hit three of their eight long-range shots in the half and part of their 11 for the contest.

S&T would lead by as many as 19 in the first half and took a 52-36 lead to the locker room, but the Gorloks opened the second half with eight consecutive points to trim the margin to eight. With 15:13 to play, Hollis Edwards scored on a fast break lay-in to cut the S&T advantage to six at 56-50, after which the Miners answered with a 9-0 run that extended the lead back to 15.

The Miners would eventually build that margin to as many as 21 points with over eight minutes to go and led by at least a dozen points for the balance of the contest to even their overall record at 4-4.

S&T shot 50.8 percent from the floor and also got 19 points from Nusrath Khan (Morton Grove, Ill./Maine East) and a career-high 10 from Chinomso Ebube (Round Lake, Ill./Mundelein). The Miners dominated the backboards as well, outrebounding the Gorloks 37-20 and forced 19 turnovers, while not allowing a single second chance point in the contest.

Ahmad Smith led Webster (4-3) with 17 points and Edwards finished with 15. The Gorloks shot 58.3 percent from the field in the contest and hit a season-high nine three-pointers in 14 attempts.

The Miners will return to action Saturday when they face Lindenwood in a 3 p.m. contest in St. Charles, Mo.
