Box Score (Springfield, Mo.) – For the third straight season Missouri S&T and Drury went to double overtime in the regular season finale and for the second time the two sides played to a draw with this one ending 0-0 on Wednesday evening at the Cooper Sports Complex in Springfield, Mo.

The opening half was pretty evenly matched with S&T (3-7-5 overall and GLVC) holding a slight edge in shots 5-4 with both sides putting three shots on goal. Catherine Hawn (Waterloo, Ill./Waterloo) had the best chance for either side in the 39^th minute. Leah Camery (Anchorage, Alaska/Steller Secondary School) sent a corner kick into the box which was banged around and fell to Hawn who took the shot and it appeared headed to goal, but was saved off the line by a Panther defender to keep it scoreless.

The wind picked up in the second half and Drury (9-5-4, 7-4-4 GLVC) had it at its back and took full advantage of it taking 12 shots and putting seven of them goal. Kaitlyn Deister (St. Louis, Mo./Visitation Academy) came up huge making a couple of impressive saves to keep the game scoreless.

Each side took a shot in the first overtime period, but the Lady Miners were the only one to put a shot on goal. The Panthers controlled the second overtime outshooting S&T 6-2, but each side had two shots on goal.

Hawn and Anna Fink (Fulton, Mo./Fulton) each had three shots on goal while Kendall Fitzpatrick (Houston, Texas/Memorial ) took two shots. The Lady Miners finished the contest with 10 shots and put seven on goal. Deister finished the game making 12 saves.

Shelby Hatz and Elle Kekec each took six shots with Hatz putting five on goal and Kekec had three on target. Drury finished the contest with 23 shots and had 12 on goal. Kelsey Vaught made six saves for the Panthers.
