2008: Registered season highs in kills (8), attack attempts (23) and points (9.5) versus Missouri Western State at the Missouri S&T/Holiday Inn Express ‘Middle of Everywhere’ Classic (8/30) … Recorded two assists, one ace and six blocks at Saint Joseph’s (10/2), all season highs, with her six blocks also becoming a career high.
2007: Played in 34 matches and 97 games as an right side and outside hitter…Registered a season and career-high 15 kills, four set assists and 16.0 points versus Drury on 9/7/07…Finished second on the team in attack attempts with 635 and third on the team in both kills (179) and points (211.5)…Notched a team and career-high five service aces versus Missouri Valley on 9/25/07…Recorded 106 defensive digs and 16 service aces, finishing sixth in both categories…Awarded the Missouri-Rolla/Missouri S&T Scholar Athlete Award by the UMR/S&T M-Club.
HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB: Was a two-time most valuable player selection on her team and was a two-time all-conference selection at Rockwood Summit High School...was a second-team all-district pick following the 2006 season after finishing as the conference leader in services received, fifth in kills and sixth in assists…has competed for the Genesis, Rockwood Thunder and Parkway Lightning club teams and was part of two teams to finish as the regional silver champions.
PERSONAL: Born August 21, 1989 in Maryville, Ill….daughter of Patrick and Tracie Summerville…majoring in biological sciences…chose S&T to play volleyball and receive a good education.
