2024: Led Missouri S&T with 445 assists and 4.73 assists per set…was fifth on the team with 161 digs in 27 matches played and 94 sets played…season-high 30 assists came on Oct. 25 against McKendree…recorded five double-doubles in 2024, including a 16-dig performance on Nov. 9 versus Maryville…at the service line, she was third on the team with 18 aces.

2023: Played in 115 sets across 29 matches…led the team in assists with 667, moving into the top-ten all-time in the category…had 181 digs and 28 aces…had double digits in assists for every match, with her single-match best of 41 coming against Rockhurst on September 17th…earned a spot on the GLVC Academic All-GLVC team.

2022: Appeared in 21 matches and made 13 starts as a freshman...dished out a second-best 306 assists while averaging 4.64 assists per set...recorded 127 digs and 13 services aces...posted a season-high 29 assists against Davenport and reached double figures in digs twice with a high of 17 against Emporia State...member of GLVC All-Academic team.

High School: Named three-time All-State selection during her prep career at St. Francis Borgia...Named First Team All-Metro...Two-time First Team All-District and All-Conference honoree as well...Finished her career with 2,234 assists and 1,202 digs.

Personal: Daughter of Chris and Laura Arand...Older sister Janie was a 1,000-point scorer for the Miners in women's basketball from 2014-18...Majoring in Biological Sciences.
