Biography
2016: Appeared in 29 matches with 20 starts and played in 98 sets averaging 2.08 kills per set...had seven matches in which she reached double figures in kills highlighted by a career-high 15 kills as the Miners rallied from 0-2 deficit to defeat William Jewell in five sets on Oct. 8...Thompson matched her career-high later in the season with 15 kills in a four set loss against Missouri-St. Louis...had a career-high five blocks against Missouri-St. Louis on Nov. 11.
High School: Thompson played four seasons for the Vikings earning three varsity letters as a rightside and outside hitter. She earned all-conference honorable mention honors and was named to a pair of all-tournament teams.
Personal: Daughter of Scott and Michelle Thompson...majoring in business.
