Finished first on the team on the team in both attack percentage (.260) and blocks (143), both are single season Miner records ... Also finished second on the team in kills (329) and points (453.0) and third on the team in service aces (35) and attack attempts (765) ... Received Top Blocker, co-Top Scorer and co-Top Offensive Player awards ... Named a 2009-10 Great Lakes Valley Conference Academic All-Conference selection.
2008: Lead the team in blocks with 83 (25 solo & 58 block assists), for an average of 0.78 tb/set .., Ranked second on the team in kills (208), attack percentage (.221, 208k-96e-524a), and points (273.0); third on the attack attempts (524); and fifth on team in service aces (11) … Registerd a season and career high 14 kills versus Texas A&M-Commerce at the Southwest Baptist Bearcat Invitational in Bolivar, Missouri (9/5) … Notched a career high attack percentage (minimum 2 attempts) versus Quincy, hitting .625 (10k-0e-16a) (9/20) … Hit a team high attack percentage (minimum 12 kills) with .550 (12k-1e-20a) … Received co-Top Offensive Player, co-Top Blocker and co-Top Scorer awards.
2007: Played in 34 matches and 73 games as a middle hitter…Finished fourth on the team in both kills with 126 and attack percentage with .151 (126k-74e-345a)…Hit over a .300 attack percentage in seven matches during the season…Also finished fourth on the team in with 43 total blocks…Racked up 158.5 points during the season, finishing seventh on the team.
HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB: Was a member of the all-tournament team at the Homeschool Nationals in the 2005 season as a member of the Springfield Eagles team that took second in the event…also played for the Springfield Juniors club team that has qualiifed for the Mideast national qualifier in Indianapolis…was one of the recipients of the S&T Chancellor’s Scholarships.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Charles and Liesa Klump...both parents graduated from S&T in 1986…majoring in mechanical engineering…chose S&T because of the excellent academics and being a part of a new volleyball program.
