2016: Friedlund appeared 29 matches with 23 starts and played in 104 sets recording 286 kills, 149 digs and 32 total blocks...registered double figure kill totals in 19 matches including 10 in a row (Sept. 9-Oct. 1)...she set a career-high and tied the school record for kills in a four-set match with 25 in a win at Missouri Western on Sept. 9...reached double figures in digs six times and had a career-high of 16 in a four set win over Oklahoma Baptist on Sept. 9...she matched her career-high with 16 digs in a four set loss at Quincy on Oct. 21 and in a four set loss against McKendree on Nov. 5.

2015: Friedlund appeared in 31 matches, with 26 starts and played in 111 sets recording 215 kills, 60 digs, 51 total blocks and five assists...she recorded five matches with double figure kill totals highlighted by a season-high 17 kills a four set win over Southern Indiana on Oct. 31...Friedlund had a 12 kill performance at Wisconsin-Parkside on Sept. 18 and three more matches with 11 kills...she also recorded season highs in digs with five against Southern Nazarene on Sept. 5 and block assists with six in a win over Southern Arkansas on Oct. 3.

2014: Friedlund appeared in 30 matches, with 18 starts and appeared in 76 sets recording 154 kills, 99 digs, 25 block assists, 10 service aces and seven assists...she recorded a career-high 20 kills in her first collegiate match against Wheeling Jesuit on Sept. 5 and followed that up with an 18 kill performance against Ashland on the same day...She recorded her third double figure kill match against Michigan Tech with 10 kills in the opener of the GLVC/GLIAC Crossover...Friedlund had a season-high hitting percentage of .438 with eight kills against one error in 16 chances against Bellarmine (Sept. 20)...she recorded a career-high 14 digs against Ashland on Sept. 5 as well.

High School: Friedlund played at Park Hill South earning three letters and was team captain for the Panthers. She was named to the Class 4 All-State 2^nd Team for Missouri and was a three-time all-conference selection from her sophomore thru senior seasons including First Team All-Conference as a senior. She also was named all-district and all-state as a senior.
