ROLLA, Mo.  --  Missouri S&T Men's Volleyball will be in Gibson this Easter weekend for a pair of Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) matches against the Saints of Thomas More University.

About the Miners
S&T is on a five-match win streak and have won their last thirteen sets played, not dropping a set since March 13th vs Rockhurst. They are 12-5 overall and third in the GLVC standings with a 6-2 record against conference opponents.

The Miners lead the GLVC and rank 7th in the nation in hitting percentage this year, recording a .347. Nate Meyer (Arlington Heights, Ill./Hersey) leads the team in that stat with a .380 hitting percentage that is also 12th-best in NCAA Division I/II. S&T's middle blockers have heavily contributed to the team's offensive efficiency as well, with Tyler Johnwick (Lombard, IL/Glenbard East) hitting .502 and Caleb Rohlwing (Barrington, Ill./Barrington) hitting .459.

Grant Edmonds (Huntington Beach, CA/Edison) picked up his sixth GLVC Setter of the Week award last week after a pair of matches at Southwest Baptist that saw him average 11.67 assists per set. He is averaging 10.51 assists per set this season, ranking him third in the country. Bartosz Chmielewski (Aurora, IL/Metea Valley) remains nationally ranked as well, coming in 18th in the nation for digs per set with an average of 2.21.

About the Saints
Thomas More comes to Rolla seeking their first victory against a conference opponent, dropping all eight GLVC matches so far and being outscored 24 sets to 2 in those matchups. The Saints are 2-17 overall, picking up a couple of victories over Kentucky State in late February.

Dominic Rossi is TMU's biggest contributor offensively, ranking third in the GLVC and 21st in the country for kills per set with 3.59. He also ranks 4th in the conference and 33rd in the nation for points per set with 3.96.
