ROLLA, Mo. — Missouri S&T women's soccer returns to Great Lakes Valley Conference play this week with two matchups, beginning Wednesday when the Miners host McKendree at 5 p.m. before traveling to Lewis on Saturday for a 3 p.m. contest.
S&T enters the week with a 6-3-2 record
and 5-2-2 in conference play. The Miners are coming off a dominating win in their Pink Out match, winning 6-0 against Indianapolis. Ella Kramer (Liberty, MO/Liberty North) and Adrianna Benassi led the way offensively, with one goal and one assist apiece.

Matthew Perry. "We are hitting some momentum now, so we are excited. Big challenge Wednesday for #22 in the nation at home, so we are ready for that."
The Miners will open the week against a McKendree squad that enters Wednesday's matchup with an 11-1
record and a 7-1 mark in GLVC play. The Bearcats are currently second in the GLVC women's soccer standings. They have been led offensively by Maddie Mauch, who has recorded 12 goals and six assists this season.
McKendree most recently won 4-1 against Lewis University on their home field. The Bearcats are also on a seven-game win streak. The last loss they had was on Sept. 6 against Quincy University, losing 2-1.
Following Wednesday's contest, S&T will hit the road Saturday for a matchup with Lewis in Romeoville, Illinois. The Flyers enter the week with a 5-6-1 record and a 4-4-1 conference record.
"Split weeks bring some difficulties, especially with it being in Chicago, but we adapt quickly, so feeling good," says Perry.
Lewis has been led by Breanna Culver, who has contributed five goals and an assist, while the goaltenders have had 48 combined saves.
The Flyers most recently are coming off a 1-0 win against Lincoln.
