Swimming at Truman State on Saturday Afternoon

ROLLA, Mo. – Missouri S&T Swimming is ready for their last regular season meet on the road this season at Truman on Saturday at 1 p.m.

The Miners are coming off a win last weekend at Quincy 168-93. They are on a three-meet winning streak with wins over UMSL, Maryville and Quincy to open 2025. Oscar Iden (Oslo, Norway/Oslo Private Gymnasium) recorded four first place finished against Quincy last week. Connor Bichsel (Lee's Summit, MO/Lee's Summit West) earned three wins for the Miners.

In individual meets this season, the Miners are 4-2 and are currently ranked #24 in the nation and #5 in the GLVC according to the CSCAA poll. 

Truman is ranked #10 in the GLVC and 47th in the nation in terms of points. In dual meets, they are 1-6 with their lone win over Maryville 212-27 back on Oct. 19. S&T concluded the 2023-24 season against the Bulldogs and won 176-66. Iden won two events in that meet back on Jan. 20, 2024.

What's Next

The Miners will conclude the regular season against Rockhurst at home on Jan. 24. S&T will celebrate Senior Day at 2 p.m. The GLVC Championships begin on Feb. 11 in Elkhart, Ind. The NCAA Division II Championships start on Mar. 11 in Indianapolis, Ind.
