ROLLA, Mo. - The American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) announced its recipients of the 2021-22 Team Academic Excellence Awards Wednesday and for the fourth time since 2016 and second-straight season, the Missouri S&T baseball team was recognized for their efforts in the classroom.

The Miners were one of 420 collegiate programs that recorded a 3.0 GPA or better for the course of the academic year. S&T previously earned the award in 2016, 2018 and most recently in 2021 prior this season.

The Green & Gold were among five GLVC programs recognized this season, joining Lindenwood, Maryville, Rockhurst and Truman State.
