Stephen joined Missouri S&T in September of 2025. She serves as the primary contact for Men's Soccer, Women's Soccer, Cross Country, Track & Field, Women's Basketball, and Softball.
Prior to joining the Miners, Stephen worked as a Graduate Assistant for Sports Information at McKendree University, serving as the primary contact for Division I and Division II sports, including Men's and Women's Volleyball, Lacrosse, Men's/Women's Bowling, Water Polo, Beach Volleyball, and Bass Fishing. While with the Bearcats she also collaborated with coaches on various projects, designing graphics and creating video content.
Before McKendree, Stephen played women's basketball for Division III Greenville University in Greenville, Illinois where she also worked as a Marketing Intern for 10 months. She had a successful four-year career with the Greenville Panthers Women's Basketball team, scoring well over 1,000 points and averaging 13.5 points per game in 87 career starts.
Stephen, a native of Edwardsville, Illinois, graduated from Greenville University in 2023 with a degree in business management, marketing, and related support services. Earlier this year, she completed her Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in digital marketing at McKendree University.
