Biography
Finished the 2016 campaign with seven tackles while playing in the secondary and on special teams…made stops in six different contests during the year… recorded two tackles during the 2015 season, including one for a loss...was redshirted for the 2013 season....earned all-state honors as a punter as well as all-conference laurels in the Ozark Conference in 2012…was also named all-district and all-area at quarterback…completed 63.3 percent of his passes as a junior for 1,516 yards and a school record-tying 14 touchdowns…earned his team’s "Offensive Player of the Year" award and was the recipient of the Springfield Quarterback Club outstanding senior award after being selected as Glendale’s top offensive back as a junior.
Personal: Attended Glendale High School, where his coach was Tyler Overstreet…son of Roddy and Lindy Rogers; father was a member of the Miners’ 1980 undefeated team…majoring in geological engineering at S&T.
