Biography
2010: Had seasonal-best times of 1:37.21 in the 600-yard run and 2:29.41 in the 800-meters during the indoor season...posted top outdoor times of 2:27.72 in the 800-meters and a team-best 5:06.57 in the 1,500-meters.
2009: Competed in the 800-meter runs during the year...took ninth place in the event at the GLVC Outdoor Championships with a seasonal-best time of 2:34.16...during the indoor season, she posted a time of 2;39.78.
2008: Ran in the middle distance events during the year, posting a personal best time of 2:34.94 in the 800-meters at the conference’s indoor meet and 2:29.51 in the outdoor 800 at Alabama.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Jeff and Sara Schussele...attended Shawnee Mission North High School, where she was the valedictorian of her senior class...majoring in nuclear engineering.
