2012: Selected to the All-GLVC second team for the 2012 indoor season…finished fourth in the indoor 800-meters with a seasonal-best time of 2:19.52 and ran the leadoff leg for S&T’s 4x400-meter relay team that place third at the conference’s indoor meet…led off S&T’s 4x400-meter relay at the GLVC Outdoor Championships that finished second overall…had top times of 59.09 in the outdoor 400-meters and 2:21.33 in the 800-meters…best indoor marks were 1:01.00 in the 400-meters and 2:19.52 in the 800-meters.

2011: Ran in the long sprint and middle distance events...had top indoor times of 1:00.94 in the indoor 400-meters and 59.52 in the outdoor 400, as well as a mark of 2:19.20 in the outdoor 800-meters...was part of two S&T relay teams that finished third at the GLVC Championships, competing on the indoor 4x200-meter team and anchoring the 4x400-meter relay in the outdoor season.

2010: Had the Lady Miners' top times in the 600-yard run (1:40.14) and 800-meters (2:25.90) during the indoor season...also had a top indoor mark of 1:00.22 in the 400-meters, an event that she finished fourth in during the GLVC Championships...posted times of 58.01 in the 400-meters and 2:20.25 in the 800 in the outdoor portion of the season...earned a sixth-place finish in the 400-meters at the GLVC Outdoor Championships and was also a part of the 4x400-meter relay team that took second.

HIGH SCHOOL: Anchored two relay teams that earned medals at the 2009 Missouri Class 3 state meet...ran on Kirksville's 4x200- and 4x400-meter relay teams, the former that finished seventh and the latter fifth...was part of the 4x800-meter relay which won the sectional title...ran in the 800-meters and posted a seasonal-best time of 2:23.72 in her senior year.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Charles and Mary Updyke...attended Kirksville High School...majoring in biology.
