First season in the Miner program.

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in the sprints and discus at the high school level...qualified for the state meet in the discus, where she set the school record in that event of 116-10 1/2...two-time sectional champion in the discus...also recorded times of 27.86 in the 200-meters and 1:03 in the 400-meter dash.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Tim and Cathy Cook...attended Okawville High School...majoring in chemical engineering at Missouri S&T.
