2012: Recorded top times during the outdoor season of 5:18.21 in the 1,500-meters, 11:21.03 in the 3,000 and 19:26.69 in the 5,000...best indoor marks were 5:32.92 in the mile, 10:45.30 (team best)  in the 3,000-meters and 19:17.19 in the 5,000-meters.

2011: Distance runner who recorded top indoor times of 5:46.37 in the mile, 10:54.33 in the 3,000-meters and 19:15.30 in the 5,000-meters...best outdoor marks were 5:17.37 in the 1,500-meters and 19:06.25 in the 5,000...finished 13th in the 3,000-meters at the GLVC Indoor Championships, then placed 16th in the 5,000 outdoors.

2010: Ran in the distance events during her first track season at Missouri S&T...had seasonal-best marks of 5:31.93 in the mile, 11:26.10 in the 3,000-meters and 19:24.58 in the 5,000-meters...had the Lady Miners' best mark in the mile and 5,000 during the indoor season...in the outdoor season, had top times of 5:09.75 in the 1,500-meters, 10:45.45 in the 3,000-meters (team's best time) and 20:21.84 in the 5,000.

HIGH SCHOOL:  Competed in both track and cross country at the high school level…was an all-region performer in 2008 and is a two-time all-conference recipient at Sapulpa High School…won conference titles in both the 1,600- and 3,200-meter runs last season; took third in the latter event at the state meet…recorded personal best times of 5:27 in the 1,600-meters, 11:44 in the 3,000-meters and 11:38 in the 3,200-meters…set the school record in the 3,200…placed 42^nd at the 2008 Oklahoma Class 5A state cross country championships.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Gary and Jennifer Lake…is the twin sister of S&T teammate Mindy Lake…attended Sapulpa High School…majoring in mechanical engineering at Missouri S&T.
