Biography
2022: Did not compete in any meets during the season.
2021: Recorded top times of 11:57.97 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase and 19:24.19 in the 5,000-meters during the season...in cross country, she captured the B-race at the GLVC Championships in the fall prior to the 2021 track & field season.
2020: Had top marks of 10:51.23 in the 3,000-meters and was also part of the distance medley relay team that had a time of 13:12.85 in the indoor season (outdoor season was cancelled).
2019: Earned a fourth place finish as part of the distance medley relay team at the GLVC Indoor Championships…finished fifth in the steeplechase at the GLVC’s outdoor meet…posted outdoor bests of 2:31.79 in the 800-meters, 5:05.76 in the 1,500 and 18:41.52 in the 5,000-meters…top indoor performances were 5:33.58 in the mile and 10:49.76 in the 3,000-meters.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Greg and Tina Hilmas…attended Rolla High School…majoring in ceramic engineering at Missouri S&T.
