Biography
2015-16: Set a new school record in the 5,000-meters with a time of 18:19.90 at a meet hosted by Drake…also had the team’s best indoor 5,000-meter performance of 18:55.37…had other top outdoor times of 4:58.17 in the 1,500-meters and 39:05.85 in the 10,000-meters…other top indoor marks were 5:41.32 in the mile and 10:59.51 in the 3,000-meters.
2014-15: Finished with the team’s best mark in the 10,000-meters during the outdoor season of 39:33.48…posted marks of 2:31.91 in the 800-meters, 5:03.39 in the 1,500-meters and 19:09.14 in the 5,000…had S&T’s best indoor performance in the 5,000-meters of 19:21.52, while also posting times of 5:31.34 in the mile and 11:34.25 in the 3,000-meters.
2013-14: Had a top time of 20:07.37 in the 5,000-meters and also recorded a mark of 11:28.87 in the 3,000 during the indoor season.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Lyle and Mary Fricke…attended Brimfield High School…majoring in engineering management at Missouri S&T.
