Biography
2008: Was a provisional qualifier in the pole vault during the indoor season…earned GLVC “Athlete of the Week” honors during the season after posting a personal-best mark of 11-5 3/4 at Central Missouri…had third place finishes at both GLVC meets during the season and earned all-conference honors for her efforts…had a top outdoor mark of 11-6 1/4.
2007: Recorded a sixth-place finish in the outdoor pole vault at the GLVC Championships…posted a clearance of 10-0 1/2 at the meet held at SIUE…recorded her best mark of the indoor season in the pole vault of 10-2 1/2 at the conference meet when she placed fifth.
2006: Finished second at the GLVC Indoor Championships with a clearance of 9-11 1/4...took third during the conference’s outdoor meet with a mark of 9-8...cleared the 10-foot mark in both the indoor and outdoor seasons.
HIGH SCHOOL: Was a four-time district champion in high school and finished ninth in the Missouri Class 4 state championships in 2005...holds the freshman and junior varsity school records in the event at Francis Howell North...graduated among the top 10 in her senior class.
PERSONAL: Born July 7, 1987 in St. Charles, Mo....daughter of Mark and Toni Statler...majoring in biological sciences.
