Biography
2022: Ran in the middle distance events during the season...had a ninth place finish in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the GLVC Outdoor Championships...had top outdoor times of 5:13.16 in the 1,500-meters and 11:40.48 in the steeplechase...best indoor mark was 10:57.93 in the 3,000-meters.
2021: Finished seventh in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the GLVC Outdoor Championships...had a top time in that event 11:36.55 at Lindenwood...also had times of 2:31.34 in the 800-meters and 5:03.64 in the 1,500-meters.
HIGH SCHOOL: Had a personal best time of 19:23.96 in cross country over five kilometers and was a two-time all-state performer in that sport at Owasso High School...recorded a 10th-place finish at the state meet in 2019...qualified for three state meets in cross country and four in track & field, posting an eighth place finish in the 1,600-meters during her career in an event where she won a regional title....was part of two teams that finished second in the state in cross country and was part of a 4x800-meter relay team that also placed second in the state.Â
PERSONAL: Daughter of Darren and Angie Giesler...attended Owasso High School...majoring in architectural engineering.
