High School: Young played for head coach Travis Gatewood at Shawnee Mission South...she was named to the All-Olathe Invitational all-tournament team as a sophomore...as a senior she scored four goals and added five assists for a total of 13 points...Young played club soccer for head coach Steven Davies at KCFC.
Personal: Daughter of Steven and Denise Young...majoring in aerospace engineering.
