Biography

2022: Had three top-10 finishes among her efforts during the season as she competed in all seven meets...finished eighth at the Border War Invitational, as well as 17th at the Larry Young Invitational and 18th at the Southwest Baptist Invitational...ran her fastest five-kilometer time of the year at the Chile Pepper Festival of 19:31, while her top 6K time of 23:42 came at the NCAA Midwest Regional.

2021: Ran in all six meets during the season and finished among S&T's top five in each of them...had her fastest six-kilometer time of the season at the NCAA Midwest Regional of 23:09...top five-kilometer mark was 19:40 at the Chile Pepper Festival.

2020: Competed in two meets as a freshman...finished 15th at the Southwest Baptist Invitational with a time of 20:28 over five kilometers...also placed 29th at the GLVC West Division meet in a six-kilometer time of 25:44...member of GLVC All-Academic team.

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in the 300-meter hurdles, 800-meters and in the relays at the high school level and was part of relay teams that ranked among the best in Missouri throughout her prep career; the Lakers' 4x400-meter team that posted a time of 3:57.45 was the third-fastest in the state in 2018...was a two-time sectional qualifier in track & field and also qualified for sectionals in cross country in 2019 in the first season she took part in the sport...helped lead Camdenton to the Missouri Class 4 state championship in 2017 – a meet it won by a single point – and was part of a state championship 4x400-meter relay team that season. 

PERSONAL: Daughter of Eddie and Valerie Holmes...attended Camdenton High School...majoring in geological engineering at Missouri S&T.
