Biography
2019: Competed in five meets during the season and was among S&T's top five runners in each of them...has a top five-kilometer time of 19:33 at the Chile Pepper Festival and also posted a time of 19:45 at Missouri Southern...top mark over six kilometers was 24:27 at the GLVC Championships.
2018: Ran in three meets during the season...had a top mark over five-kilometers of 20:31 at Missouri Southern and also ran a 20:50 at the Greater Louisville Classic.
2017: Competed in five of the team's six meets...finished 10th overall at the Gary Stoner Invitational...best five-kilometer time of the year came in the season opener at Southwest Baptist at 20:34...ran a 24:46 over six kilometers at the NCAA Midwest Regional.
PERSONAL: Attended Neosho High School, where her coach was Harry Lineberry...daughter of Alex and Dee Vernon…majoring in geological engineering at Missouri S&T.
