Biography
2019: Ran in five meets during the season and was among the top seven S&T finishers in two of them...had a top five-kilometer time of 20:17 at the Southern Stampede and a six-kilometer best of 25:12 at the GLVC Championships...was among the S&T scorers at the NCAA Midwest Regional.
2018: Competed at the GLVC Championships, where he recorded a time of 24:36 over six kilometers.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Roger and Lori VanCardo...attended Lindbergh High School, where she earned all-state, all-district and all-conference honors...played on S&T's volleyball team for two seasons...majoring in biology at MissourI S&T.
