2015: Named to the All-GLVC second team after leading the Miners with a .341 average...drove in 22 runs and finished second on the team with 58 hits...also tied for the team lead with 15 stolen bases...had 18 multiple-hit games during the year that included five games with three hits...reached base in 13 straight games in one stretch...went seven-of-13 at the plate in the Miners' four-game sweep over Missouri-St. Louis...had three hits and two RBI at Southeast Missouri State...saw time on the mound as well, pitching in four games and recording a save against Indianapolis.

JUNIOR COLLEGE: Batted .272 with two home runs and 33 runs batted in during the 2014 season...had 11 extra base hits and also stole 10 bases.

HIGH SCHOOL: Named honorable mention all-state at Union High School, while also earning first-team all-district and all-conference laurels...hit .463 with 20 runs batted in as a senior after hitting .424 with 14 RBI in his junior year.

PERSONAL: Son of Brad and Jeanne Johnson...majoring in chemical engineering.
