2015: Thompson appeared in 25 games, with 24 starts as a freshman but missed eight games due to illness...registered 16 hits in 75 at-bats with three doubles, three runs scored and nine RBIs...had two hits and two RBIs against Kentucky Wesleyan on February 21...had two RBIs at Central Missouri on March 25 and had a three hit, three RBI game with two doubles in a win over McKendree on April 17...had three multi-hit games on the year with a season-high three hits against McKendree...she hit .300 with runners in scoring position and .282 with runners on base...six of her nine RBIs came with two outs.

High School: Thompson played for Chris Meador at Marquette High School in Chesterfield, Mo. As a senior Thompson hit .462 with six doubles, three home runs, a triple and had a team best 27 runs batted in. She was primarily a catcher and outfielder at Marquette.

Personal: Daughter of Ken and Gerri Thompson...majoring in mechanical engineering.
