2024: Played in 16 games, earning 13 starts…had a season-best batting performance against Lincoln on April 19th, going 2-for-3 with 1 RBI…ended the season with 4 hits, 1 run, and 2 RBIs.
PRIOR TO MISSOURI S&T: Transferred to S&T from Notre Dame College in Ohio...played in two games during her freshman season, but had a high school career in which she earned second-team all-county honors following the 2022 season...was a Golden Glove winner and Rookie of the Year on her high school team, for whom she batted .452 during her senior year with 10 runs batted in.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Christian and Shelley Sassano...majoring in business at Missouri S&T.
