Biography
2011-12: Started in 23 of the Miners’ 27 games during the year and averaged 2.8 points and 2.6 rebounds per contest…shot 40 percent from the floor and 62.5 percent at the free throw line…had 14 assists, nine steals and four blocked shots…scored a seasonal-high 10 points against Newman in his only double-figure scoring outing of the year…had five rebounds on four different occasions.
2010-11: Averaged two points and 2.2 rebounds per game as he played in all 25 games…made two starts during the season…had six assists, four steals and two blocked shots while shooting 36.6 percent from the floor and 75 percent at the free throw line…had a season-high six points against Missouri Baptist and Lewis…pulled down a season-best six rebounds in the Miners’ win against Quincy.
2009-10: Saw playing time in 17 games during his freshman season at S&T…scored seven points and pulled down eight rebounds for the year…posted a season-high four points against Missouri Southern…also had a seasonal-best two rebounds in that contest…had one steal.
HIGH SCHOOL: Averaged 14.6 points, 6.7 rebounds and 1.7 assists per game last season at Hermann High School, which finished 19-8 on the season…posted his seasonal scoring high of 21 points against Dixon during the district playoffs…shot 54 percent from the field and 76.6 percent at the free throw line…also led his team in blocked shots with 29…as a junior, he averaged 8.7 points and 5.6 rebounds per game with a team-high 30 blocked shots…connected on 49 percent of his field goal attempts for the season.
