2014: Rader appeared in 23 games with 16 starts in the circle last season. She was 1-11 with a 5.57 ERA in 66.2 innings of work. She struck out 25 hitters and walked 25 batters. She earned her first collegiate victory with a complete game effort in the opener of a doubleheader at Drury on April 1. In that game she allowed three runs, one earned, on eight hits while striking out five.

High School: Rader played at Scotland Count High School for Kim Small. She was a three-time first team all-conference, all-district and all-region selection. She has been named to the Kirksville Daily Express All-Area team each of the past four years. This past season she added first team all-state to her resume. This past season she helped lead the Tigers to a 14-3 campaign and to the Class 1 District 9 semifinals.
