2022: Placed eighth in the 400-meter dash at the GLVC Indoor Championships...was also part of S&T's distance medley relay that took fourth and the 4x400-meter relay team that finished seventh...scored at the GLVC Outdoor Championships as the anchor of the 4x400-meter relay team that placed fifth...had top times of 50.80 seconds in the indoor 400-meters, 22.69 seconds in the outdoor 200-meters and 49.82 seconds in the outdoor 400.
2021: Was part of S&T's 4x400-meter relay team that finished fourth at the GLVC Outdoor Championships...also competed in the sprints during the season, recording the team's fastest time of 49.67 seconds in the 400-meters.
HIGH SCHOOL: Finished fifth in the 400-meters at the Missouri Class 5 State Championships in 2019 with a seasonal-best time of 53.33 seconds...also had a time of 11.32 seconds...also cleared 11-feet in the pole vault
PERSONAL: Son of Paul and Caroline Pate...attended Lafayette High School...majoring in computer science at Missouri S&T.
